Metal Gear Solid

A posting on the official Japanese Metal Gear Twitter account, tied to the 35th anniversary of the original Metal Gear, has Konami indicating they are “preparing” to reinstate “Metal Gear” titles previously delisted from digital stores (specifically the second and third games). [Source: VGC]


Sony has announced that WD_Black’s SN850 NVMe SSD Drive (with Heatsink) has become the first officially licensed PS5 SSD. The drives will now be rebranded and re-released with the signature white/blue PS5 packaging to show it’s an official accessory. It will come in 1TB and 2TB varieties and run at read speeds of 7000 MB/s and write speeds of 5300MB/s. [Source: Twitter]

Bayonetta 3

Nintendo and developer PlatinumGames has confirmed that “Bayonetta 3” will release on October 28th this year. The date was revealed alongside the publication of a new gameplay trailer for the sequel in which we meet “a veritable coven of Bayonettas, each more fabulous than the last” to help stop human-made Homunculi from wreaking havoc. King of Avalon

Orlando Bloom has lent his likeness to the free-to-play mobile strategy game “King of Avalon” along with lending himself to a commercial for the title which you can see below. As of today, new players can unlock his playable character Orlando the Nightshard for the game which is inspired by Arthurian legend.
